Cooking ancient and new recipes
People seem to be daunted by the thought of cooking Asian recipes. Actually, it's as easy as any other style of cooking. It just uses a different set of ingredients. Once you get over the idea of these, the rest is easy. You'll find yourself having no problem producing the recipes you eat when you visit your favorite Asian Restaurants.
Many of the recipes in this section are centuries old and some much younger. But, even the new ones are based on those techniques proven by generations of cooks.
Some of the recipes are best cooked in a wok even though they may be made in a pan. Because there are people (like me) that have no Asian markets near them, there are also links to various hard to find items needed in some of the ingredient lists.
