Kinilaw

 

This is a Filipino side dish usually served with your

favorite grilled beef, pork or fish.

Ingredients:

8oz Ahi or Mahi Mahi
1/2 Red onion
2 Scallions
½ tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sugar

½ tsp Ajinomoto
2 Tomatoes, 1/2 inch chop.
1/2" Ginger (grated)
2 Calamansi or lime
¼ cup Vinegar
1\3 cup Coconut milk

Directions:

-   Use large mixing bowl to prepare

1. Cut fish into 1” cubes and place in bowl

2. Add all seasonings to bowl

3. Add Ajinomoto to mix

4. ½ tsp salt

5. 1 Tbsp Sugar

    - Add Scallions, tomatoes and ginger

6. Mix thoroughly

7. Add vinegar

8. Add salt

9. Add coconut milk

10. Add calamanse

11. Mix all together

Serve in a bowl with a smile
